Simulation of Dynamics of Global-coupled Torsion-eliminated Suspension System

  • The principle and structure of a type of global-coupled torsion-eliminated suspension were introduced. The model of vehicle with this suspension was built under software ADAMS. In addition, the abilities of torsion elimina-tion and handling stability were simulated by a test. The results indicate that this torsion-eliminated suspension is effective for reducing body twist load and wheel vertical load, and can improve the evenness of wheel vertical load and the ability of ground adhesion without bad effect on handling stability of the vehicle.
